Bader Services Canarian is a small-scale family business. We are your reliable local real estate management partner in Gran Canaria.
Stephanie and Ted Bader, together with daughter Maud, offer a wide range of services, tailored to the needs of tenants and owners, with our local knowledge and personal approach we completely unburden you.
We have lived in Gran Canaria since 2024, but have been staying here for over 25 years with great pleasure and interest in the island, culture and tourist opportunities.
Stephanie has been trained and work experience in healthcare, administratively and has worked as a receptionist for an international company in recent years.
Ted has a training as a house painter including the middle class diploma and as an all-round painter has over 32 years of experience and 30 years working as an independent entrepreneur.
Maud has completed her framework training and will now gain experience in the workplace. She is a very motivated force within our team.
